Design Process

Here’s how we bring your dream site to life — step by step, with zero tech overwhelm.

1. Before We Begin
We start with a friendly chat and a look through your completed questionnaire. Then we dive into a discovery session to explore your vision, goals, and ideal audience. This helps me understand exactly what you’re after — from functionality to aesthetics — so I can prepare a tailored quote just for you.

2. Project Kick-Off
Once you’re booked in, I’ll create a wireframe (a rough layout of your website) for you to review. This sets the structure and flow before we add the visual magic.

3. Design & Build
Using your chosen platform (I generally work with Squarespace or Shopify), I’ll bring your site to life — incorporating your branding, imagery, and feedback from the wireframe stage. You’ll be kept in the loop the whole way through.

4. Refine & Finalise
You’ll have a chance to review the full site and request final tweaks. Once approved, we’ll make it live and ready for the world to see!

5. Launch & Support
We’ll celebrate your new digital home and I’ll provide any training or support you need to feel confident managing your site moving forward.
